What the process looks like:

1. After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. A personalized coupon code will follow which may be used towards a future intake for the Simple Steps on the Path to Self program.

2. You will receive an email outlining the 15 minutes of preparatory homework. You will then complete the exercise and email it to me.

3. Once your work is received, I will send an email that will allow you to schedule our first phone conversation.

4. After the first session, the next email will outline the second homework assignment.

5. Send me your homework – an email will arrive allowing you to book your second session.

6. After this final session your final homework assignments will arrive. These assignments do not need to be returned.
